The Invalda INVL group has contributed significantly to the development of the local capital market. The shares of the parent company Invalda INVL have traded on the Nasdaq Baltic stock exchange since 1995, while the shares of the group companies INVL Technology, INVL Baltic Farmland and INVL Baltic Real Estate have been listed on the exchange since 2014.
The Invalda INVL group has been actively investing in private equity and real estate markets since 1991, in farmland since 2005, in forests since 2017, and in renewable energy since 2021. The group company INVL Asset Management owns the Lithuanian asset management firm Mundus which has been investing in private debt since 2015.
In 2014, Invalda INVL acquired MP Pension Funds Baltic and Finasta Asset Management in Lithuania, and in early 2015 completed the acquisition of Finasta Asset Management in Latvia. A merger of the group companies INVL Asset Management, MP Pension Funds Baltic and INVL Funds was completed in 2015, with the resulting entity, named INVL Asset Management, then operating in the market. The financial brokerage firm INVL Finasta was also established in 2015. Currently operating as the INVL Family Office, it specialises in wealth management services.
In 2022 Invalda INVL acquired the life insurance business of Mandatum Life in the Baltics, and in late 2023 it completed a retail business merger with Šiaulių Bankas involving the transfer to Šiaulių Bankas of its pension and mutual fund business in Lithuania and its life insurance business in the Baltics.
