Paulius Žurauskas becomes CEO of INVL Asset Management as of 1 December

As of 1 December, with the completion of the merger of retail businesses by Invalda INVL and Šiaulių Bankas, Paulius Žurauskas will lead INVL Asset Management, the leading alternative asset manager in the Baltics and part of the Invalda INVL group. Before the completion of the merger, he served as head of asset management operations at INVL Asset Management.

On 30 November this year, Invalda INVL decided to appoint Paulius Žurauskas as a member of the Board of the INVL Family Office, but the Bank of Lithuania’s permission is still required for that. As of 16 November 2023, he was also appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board of INVL Asset Management in Latvia.

For the past three years, before joining the Invalda INVL group, Paulius Žurauskas led the Markets Department for the Baltics at Luminor. He began his early career at the Invalda INVL group company Finasta, held a variety of management positions for more than a decade at SEB Bank, and has contributed notably to the development of capital markets in the region by arranging important domestic and international bond transactions.

INVL Asset Management is part of the Invalda INVL group and currently employs more than 100 professionals.
