INVL Partner Global Infrastructure Fund I

INVL Partner Global Infrastructure Fund I (hereinafter – the Sub-Fund) seeks a long-term increase in the value of the capital invested in it along with steady income from the Sub-Fund's assets. It aims to achieve this investment objective by indirectly acquiring, holding and disposing of stakes in a portfolio of collective investment undertakings that invest in core infrastructure.

The Sub-Fund’s investment portfolio consists of collective investment undertakings whose investment strategy involves acquiring brownfield assets in member states of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) or in other places, but seeking to invest in assets located in countries with a sustainable regulatory and legal climate.

The Sub-Fund's main investment is the IFM Global Infrastructure Fund, whose portfolio consists of seaports, airports, toll roads and other infrastructure assets in the US, Mexico, Europe and other countries.
