BDO Auditas ir Apskaita will audit the company

The audit of the companies INVL Technology, INVL Baltic Real Estate and INVL Baltic Farmland for the years 2024-2026 will be carried out i by the company BDO Auditas ir Apskaita. This decision was approved at the company’s general shareholders’ meetings held on October 21.

BDO Auditas ir Apskaita replaced PricewaterhouseCoopers, which had successfully audited companies for 10 years. Lithuanian law requires to change auditor after such term, making a break of 4 years.

BDO Auditas ir Apskaita, although it does not belong to one of the Big Four audit firms, has earned a good reputation for reliable and high-quality audit work. The companies believe that BDO Auditas ir Apskaita will ensure adherence to the same high standards and will help to enhance financial oversight and governance.

INVL Baltic Farmland, INVL Technology and INVL Baltic Real Estate are listed on the Nasdaq Vilnius stock exchange. The latter two companies are managed by INVL Asset Management, the leading alternative asset manager in the Baltics.

INVL Baltic Real Estate owns 32,100 sq. m. of real estate with a value of EUR 44.03 million as of the end of the first half of 2024. INVL Baltic Farmland subsidiaries own approximately 3,000 hectares of agricultural land in Lithuania which is rented out to agriculture companies and farmers. INVL Technology owns and manages the cybersecurity company NRD Cyber Security, the GovTech company NRD Companies, and the Baltic IT company Novian.
