Global PE Secondaries Access Fund” (hereinafter – the Fund) assets are invested in a Financed Collective Investment Vehicle, whose (primary) investment strategy is focused on the secondary markets (secondaries), that is, the acquisition on the secondary markets of interests in already operating private market investment funds, with the aim of building a portfolio diversified by fund managers, geography (primarily North America, Europe and Asia), sectors and transaction types.
